Bought a bed cover from them several years ago and it's been solid so it was a no brainer to bring my new truck in for another one. Stopped in and was out in well under an hour. I have a retracts bed cover. I love it. I brought it back down there because the latch had broke and apparently they couldn’t fix it or they don’t sell parts for it. They called retracts and he got off the phone. He goes retract is gonna send you a brand new one for nothing and all you gotta do is pay us to put it on so I did kudos people really help you out down there. I have to update my review of Mid America Truck Tops & Trailers.  A few years ago right after I had purchased my truck the Leer topper was hanging, Mid America took care of it and gave me great service.    Well fast forward to now (actually 2 days ago) My topper had been hanging on the passenger side I dropped my tailgate in an attempt to repair it,  both latches jammed & I couldn't raise the topper.  Fortunately I had dropped my tailgate.  I ended up having to unbolt both latches from the topper & pull the cable out.  Not wanting to make a bigger problem than I had I called Mid America Truck Tops & Trailers and spoke with Gerad & explained the situation.  He said I could bring it out the next day & they'd look at it.  I did and they repaired it within 30 minutes.  They were very helpful and very courteous.  They are absolutely amazing to work with. Thank you Mid America Truck Tops & Trailers.
